用户服务协议
一、协议的接受
欢迎使用「水印相机」（以下简称"本应用"）。本协议是您与本应用运营方之间就使用本应用服务所订立的协议。在使用本应用前，请您仔细阅读本协议；当您注册、登录或以其他方式使用本应用，即视为您已阅读并同意本协议的全部条款。若您不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。
二、账号注册与使用
您可通过 Apple 登录（iOS 版）或手机号登录（Android 版）使用本应用。您应保证所提供的信息真实、准确，并妥善保管账号及登录凭证。因您保管不善导致的账号被盗或信息泄露，由您自行承担相应责任。您不得将账号转让、出借或以其他方式提供给他人使用。
三、服务内容
本应用为您提供拍照与录像、水印合成、地点与天气标注、防篡改校验、模板与 Logo 管理、拍摄记录同步等功能，当前全部免费提供，不含任何付费或订阅项目。我们可能根据业务需要对服务内容进行调整、新增或优化，并以适当方式通知您；若今后推出付费服务，我们会另行公示计费规则并征得您的同意。
四、用户行为规范
您在使用本应用时应遵守法律法规及社会公德，不得利用本应用从事以下行为：
1. 发布、传播违法违规、侵犯他人合法权益或违背公序良俗的内容；
2. 伪造、篡改水印信息用于欺诈或其他不正当目的；
3. 侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权等合法权益；
4. 干扰、破坏本应用正常运行或攻击服务器及网络安全；
5. 其他违反法律法规或本协议的行为。
因您违反上述规范造成的后果，由您自行承担。
五、知识产权
本应用及其包含的界面、图标、模板、文字、图形等内容的知识产权，除另有约定外，均归本应用运营方或相关权利人所有。您通过本应用拍摄、上传的内容，其知识产权归您所有；为向您提供服务所必需，您授权我们在合理范围内对相关内容进行存储与处理。
六、免责声明
在法律允许的范围内，本应用按"现状"提供服务。对于因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务中断、设备问题等非我方原因导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任，但会尽力协助处理。水印中的时间、地点、天气等信息依赖设备与第三方服务，可能存在偏差，仅供参考。
七、服务的变更、中断与终止
我们可能因业务调整、系统维护、法律法规要求等原因变更、中断或终止部分或全部服务，并会以适当方式提前通知。若您违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务。
八、协议的修改
我们可能适时修改本协议，并在本应用内以适当方式公布。修改后的协议自公布之日起生效；若您在协议修改后继续使用本应用，即视为您接受修改后的协议。
九、法律适用与争议解决
本协议的订立、生效、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议或本应用服务引起的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
Welcome to Timestamp Camera (the "App"). These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the App regarding your use of it. Please read them carefully. By registering, signing in or otherwise using the App, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the App.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with Apple (iOS) or with a phone number (Android). The details you provide must be true and accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your account and credentials safe. You bear the consequences of a compromised account or leaked information caused by your own failure to safeguard them. You may not transfer, lend or otherwise give your account to anyone else.
3. What the service does
The App provides photo and video capture, watermark compositing, place and weather stamps, tamper verification, watermark and logo management, and shot syncing. All of it is free today; there is nothing to buy and no subscription. We may adjust, add to or improve these features as the business requires, and will notify you appropriately. If we introduce a paid service later, we will publish its terms and ask for your consent first.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with the law and with public decency. You may not use the App to:
1. Publish or distribute unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or content contrary to public order and morals;
2. Forge or alter watermark information for fraud or any other improper purpose;
3. Infringe anyone's intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights;
4. Interfere with or damage the App's operation, or attack our servers or network;
5. Do anything else that breaks the law or these terms.
You are responsible for the consequences of breaching the above.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, the intellectual property in the App and in its interface, icons, templates, text and graphics belongs to the operator or the relevant rights holders. Content you shoot or upload remains yours; to provide the service you grant us the right to store and process that content to the extent reasonably necessary.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by matters outside our control — force majeure, network failures, third-party outages or device problems — though we will do what we can to help. The time, place and weather shown in a watermark depend on your device and on third-party services, may be inaccurate, and are provided for reference only.
7. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change, suspend or end part or all of the service because of business changes, maintenance or legal requirements, and will give appropriate advance notice. If you breach these terms we may suspend or end your access.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and will publish the revision in the App. Revised terms take effect when published. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept them.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms or from the service should first be settled amicably; failing that, either party may bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.
