账号与数据删除
1. 适用范围
本页面适用于由本公司发布或以本公司名义运营的移动应用程序与在线服务(下合称「本服务」)。若特定应用程序在内部说明中针对账号与数据删除另有补充安排,该补充说明与本页面一并适用;如有冲突,于该应用程序范围内以补充说明为准。
2. 删除入口(您可任选其一)
2.1 应用内删除(推荐)
若您使用的应用程序提供账号系统,您通常可在应用内通过下列路径自助发起删除请求(具体名称依各应用版本而定):
- 「我的」 → 「设置」 → 「账号与安全」 → 「注销账号」,或
- 「我的」 → 「帮助与反馈」 → 「账号注销」。
提交后系统将在屏幕上提示删除范围与处理时限,并要求您再次确认。我们建议您在删除前自行备份希望保留的资料(例如导出的内容、订单凭证等)。
2.2 网页/邮件删除
若您无法登录或希望以书面方式提出请求,请发送电子邮件至 service@baladuoduo.com,主题请填写「账号与数据删除申请」,正文请提供以下信息以协助我们核验身份:
- 应用程序名称与版本号;
- 注册时使用的手机号码或电子邮箱(用于核验,不用于其他用途);
- 注册时使用的设备类型(iOS/Android);
- 请求类型:删除账号、删除特定数据,或两者兼有;
- 必要时附上能证明您为账号所有人的信息(例如最近一次登录时间、最近一次订单号等)。
我们仅将上述身份核验信息用于处理本次删除请求,处理完成后于合理期间内删除。
3. 将被删除或匿名化的资料
请求生效后,与您的账号关联的下列资料将被删除或以无法识别个人身份的方式处理:
- 账号档案:昵称、头像、绑定的手机号或电子邮箱、生日、性别、地区等基本资料;
- 登录凭证:密码哈希、登录令牌、设备绑定关系;
- 用户产生的内容(UGC):您主动上传的文字、图片、音视频与评论(已被他人合理引用、转发或截图保存的部分,可能不在我们控制范围内);
- 互动记录:浏览记录、收藏、关注、点赞、搜索历史;
- 客服与意见反馈记录:除依法需保留者外,将一并删除或匿名化。
4. 出于法定或合法业务原因继续保留的资料
下列情形下,部分资料可能在删除请求完成后仍以最小必要范围继续保存,并与您的账号脱钩:
- 交易与发票相关资料:依《电子商务法》《会计法》《税收征收管理法》等法规要求,订单、发票、支付凭证等通常需保存 不少于 5 年;
- 反欺诈与安全日志:登录与风控日志通常保存 180 天,用于事后追溯账户异常活动与配合主管机关合法调查;
- 法令、法院命令、政府机关合法请求所要求保存的资料;
- 争议处理:已发生或合理预期可能发生的争议、申诉、投诉相关记录,于争议解决前不予删除。
逾上述保存期间后,我们将删除或以去识别化方式处理。
5. 处理时限
- 身份核验:通常于 1~3 个工作日内完成;
- 删除执行:核验通过后通常于 15 个工作日内完成线上系统的删除或匿名化;
- 备份与归档系统的同步覆写:依各系统轮替周期,通常 不超过 90 天。
遇法定节假日、案件复杂或需要补充核验时,期限可能合理延长,我们将通过您留存的联络方式告知。
6. 撤销与影响
账号删除一经执行即为终局;删除后将不可恢复,您将无法再以原账号登录、找回订单或继续使用相关付费功能。若您改变主意,可以以新账号重新注册,但原账号下的资料无法迁移。
若您仅希望撤回某项处理同意(例如停止接收营销邮件、关闭个性化推荐)而不希望删除整个账号,请通过应用内设置或来信告知,我们将在合理期限内处理。
7. 第三方应用市场与平台
当您通过第三方应用市场(例如 Apple App Store、Google Play、华为应用市场、小米应用商店、OPPO 软件商店、vivo 应用商店、应用宝等)下载、安装本公司应用程序时,相应平台运营者可能依其隐私政策处理与设备、账户或支付流程相关的信息。删除我们的应用账号不会自动撤销您与上述平台之间的协议或其保存的相关数据,如需就该等数据行使权利,请同时联系相应平台。
8. 儿童与未成年用户
若您为家长或法定监护人,并发现未成年人在未经您同意下注册或使用本服务,请通过下方联络方式告知我们,并提供监护关系与未成年人账号的可识别信息。我们将在核验后优先处理删除请求。

Account & Data Deletion
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency with the Chinese text, the Chinese version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
1. Scope
This page applies to mobile applications and online services published or operated by us (collectively, “the Services”). Where a specific app provides supplemental in-app notices on account or data deletion, those notices apply together with this page; in case of conflict, the in-app notice governs for that app.
2. How to submit a deletion request
2.1 In-app deletion (recommended)
If your app provides an account system, you can typically self-serve a deletion request via:
- “Me” → “Settings” → “Account & Security” → “Delete Account”, or
- “Me” → “Help & Feedback” → “Delete Account”.
The app will display the scope and timeline before asking you to confirm. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep (such as your content or receipts) before submitting.
2.2 Web / email deletion
If you cannot log in or prefer to submit a request in writing, please email service@baladuoduo.com with the subject “Account & Data Deletion Request” and the following information so we can verify your identity:
- App name and version;
- Phone number or email used at registration (used only for verification);
- Device platform at registration (iOS / Android);
- Request type: account deletion, deletion of specific data, or both;
- Where helpful, evidence of account ownership (e.g., last login time, last order ID).
Verification information is used solely to process this request and will be deleted within a reasonable period after completion.
3. Data that will be deleted or anonymized
- Profile data: nickname, avatar, bound phone or email, birthday, gender, region, etc.;
- Credentials: password hashes, login tokens, and device bindings;
- User-generated content: text, images, audio/video, and comments you uploaded (content already legitimately quoted, reposted, or screenshotted by others may be outside our control);
- Activity records: browsing history, favorites, follows, likes, and search history;
- Support and feedback records: deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law.
4. Data we may retain for legal or legitimate business reasons
- Transaction and invoice records: typically retained for at least 5 years under PRC e-commerce, accounting, and tax laws;
- Anti-fraud and security logs: typically retained for 180 days for incident review and lawful requests;
- Records required by law, court order, or lawful requests from authorities;
- Disputes: records related to an active or reasonably anticipated dispute, complaint, or claim are kept until resolved.
Once retention periods elapse, we delete or de-identify the data.
5. Processing time
- Identity verification: usually within 1–3 business days;
- Online deletion / anonymization: usually within 15 business days after verification;
- Backup and archive overwrite: typically within 90 days, following backup rotation cycles.
Deadlines may be reasonably extended for holidays, complex cases, or further verification, in which case we will inform you via your contact details.
6. Reversibility and impact
Deletion is final once executed; you will not be able to log in with the original account, recover orders, or continue paid features. You may register a new account afterwards, but data from the deleted account cannot be migrated.
If you only wish to withdraw a specific consent (e.g., stop marketing emails or turn off personalized recommendations) without deleting your account, please use in-app settings or contact us; we will action your request within a reasonable period.
7. Third-party app marketplaces and platforms
Apps downloaded from third-party marketplaces (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Mi Store, OPPO Software Store, vivo App Store, Tencent MyApp) may also be subject to those platforms’ own data handling. Deleting your account with us does not automatically end your relationship with those platforms or remove data they hold; please contact them separately if needed.
8. Children and minors
If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that a minor has registered or used the Services without your consent, please contact us with proof of guardianship and information identifying the minor’s account. We will prioritize the request after verification.
