This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency with the Chinese text, the Chinese version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.

By accessing or using the official website operated by Beijing Baladuoduo Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for this clause, excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan). Disputes shall first be resolved through consultation; failing that, submitted to the competent people’s court at our domicile. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

10. Mobile applications

If you use our mobile applications distributed through app stores or official channels, you must also comply with platform rules and any end-user license or user agreement for that application.
